Everything begins with a complimentary design consultation — either in-store or virtually. You’ll sit down directly with Kate to talk through your ideas, style, inspiration, and the meaning behind the piece you want to create.

You can bring heirloom jewelry or existing gemstones to incorporate into your design, or simply start fresh. Kate sources diamonds and gemstones from trusted industry connections and gem shows to find the perfect fit for your vision.

Step Two

Sketching The Design

Once you decide to move forward, Kate begins sketching concepts tailored specifically to you. With a $250 design deposit, you’ll receive up to three custom design concepts to review, combine, or refine together.

This stage is collaborative and creative — every detail is adjusted thoughtfully until the design feels exactly right.

Step Three

Bringing It To Life

After selecting your final design, your piece moves into CAD (Computer Aided Design). This allows you to see your jewelry from every angle before production begins.

Together, every detail is refined — proportions, stone placement, textures, and functionality — until the design is both stunning and wearable.

Final Step

Production & Final Reveal

Once approved, your design is carefully handcrafted and brought to life. Production timelines typically range from 6–12 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece.

Then comes the best part — seeing your finished piece for the very first time.
